?????

I was given three things --- An Occasion --colors ---and a small computer pix !!! Boy!!! did that test my muse!!!! I finally came up with this!!! And YES I would do things different next time --- But no time to redo--THe blue jersey didnt stuff well and tore easily!! I did cut out some musical butterflies because I loved the ones my friend Kai had sent me on a crown But I had to look all over for that music paper !?!?! Saleslady said -- a lot come out at Christmas --but I found some in a music dept-- Once again YARN came to my rescue!!! Some I had..from another project tied in all the colors..And I found a cool saying ""You remember the song-- when my heart forgets to sing""""" How Kool is that?? It nothing else that saved the piecet!?!?!OH WELl It is done!!!!WISH I could do patterns but then I couldnt do odd things and my way sooooo and since I only do them ONCE I wuld have the tower od Babel in patterns,,Whatever SOOOO glad to get it done ----and learned a lot AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! Never ending learning thing this doll and gift making!!!!!!!

Again!!

Well ---I decided--- Not to put any sprays or sealers---- on this lil lady--- but I did change her necklace--- I still havent decided ---if it is right for her --- but time to move on..I love pixs I find more things wrong in a picture --than when I am looking at her right in front of me!?!?!?!?!?! SO I will fix the yarn on her left arm etc and put her up for now !!! I have an anniversary gift-- that I promised to make ---I can never get to promised things---Oh welllll Maybe I will have a pix of it for the next post???????

African design

I love African fabric!!! but never can find any with designs small enough for a small doll or pin ..They say necessity is the mother of invention ..Well I came up with wrapping my lil African gal with some colorful wool I have Beautiful Only the fuzz wants to cling to her skin Debating a coating on her Hate to spoil er softness I didnt wait to find small beads for her and altho it looks fine in real life as they say in the pixs the beads look a lil large Oh well She is my first and maybe I can find some Real African fabric for a larger doll ???? ON to the next adventure !!!

Mooshes and dolls and husbands and wishes

Remember Mandy and her Moosh!! - Darn those things are getting popular-- Have had more requests for them.. Anyway went to my very first doll club-- thanks to my friend Herra ---
and they are making A DOLL I HAVE NEVER TRIED BEFORE They are just about done WITH THE CLUB DOLLS SO I have some catching up to do-- if I go to the next meeting --dont want to be empty Handed ??!!!Even if my doll doesnt turn out like theirs-- I will have a doll in hand hmmm wonder what they will think?? Anyway-- this month --I am tackling things--- out of my box-- for sure -- Mooshes and these - dolls!! My husband decided to help and he is great!!! but some of my dolls were stuffed so hard --the seams split..I just repaired the seam as neatly as I could-- hmmm --cant afford to lose the help.Keeps him busy and understanding of what I am doing!! He loves to read too-- so that helps--- the in-between times-- or he gets restless and the crafts dont even get on the table ....NO ONE in either family does any crafts so I am lucky he lets me dabble ....ANYWAY DO what I can --while I can----and babble on and on in my Blog..How lucky can I get???
